This Photography Services Contract (the 'Contract') is made effective as of {date-1}, by and between Jorald Hartoonian (the 'Photographer') and {name-1-prefix}{name-1-first-name} (the 'Client'), collectively referred to as the 'Parties'.
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services as described in the specific terms agreed upon for each assignment. Services will include capturing photographs, processing, and delivering digital photographs.
A non-refundable retainer of 10% of the total fee is required to secure the services. The remaining balance is due one week after the completion of services. Additional services and products not included in the initial agreement will be billed accordingly.
The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits and for securing permission from venues as may be required to photograph at specified locations. The Photographer is not responsible for restrictions placed on photography by the venue or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the quality or quantity of photographs.
If the services are cancelled or rescheduled, the Client must notify the Photographer at least 24 hours in advance. The 10% retainer fee paid upon booking is non-refundable under any circumstances to compensate for the loss of business opportunities and preparations made in anticipation of the event.
The Client grants the Photographer a non-exclusive license to use and display images from the service for promotional purposes on the company website. The Client will receive digital copies of the photographs, which they may use and reproduce for personal purposes without any restrictions.
The undersigned Parties hereby approve and agree to the terms of this Contract.
